"Au cimetièrère de Montmartre"

With the Montmartre cemetery as the inspiration for this programme, just several blocks away from my new home in Paris, we have built a programme celebrating the "Butte" de Montmartre, the creative heart of Paris. Heine is buried there, so we open with Schumann's "Dichterliebe", moving to songs by Berlioz, Boulanger, Poulenc "Banalités" and some cabaret numbers to finish.
